Handwheels, handles and transmission mechanisms are not allowed to be used for lifting. The flow direction of the medium should be the same as the direction of the arrow shown in the valve body. The bellows gate valve, also called the gate, is the most widely used type of valve. It is popular because of the small friction between the sealing surfaces during the opening and closing process. It is relatively durable, the opening height is not large, and the manufacturing is easy. Easy to maintain, not only for medium and low pressure, but also for high pressure. Its closing principle is that, relying on the pressure of the valve bar, the sealing surface of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely fitted to prevent the medium from flowing. The bellows gate valve allows only one-way flow of the medium and is directional when installed. Its structural length is greater than the gate valve, and the fluid resistance is large. When it is operated for a long time, the sealing reliability is not strong. Bellows gate valves are divided into three categories: straight-through, right-angle and DC-type oblique globe valve. When the bellows gate valve is opened, the opening height of the valve flap is 25% to 30% of the nominal diameter, and the flow rate has reached the maximum, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. Therefore, the full open position of the globe valve should be determined by the stroke of the valve flap. The valve plays an important role in the cutting and throttling of the medium in the pipeline in which it is located. The globe valve is an extremely important type of globe valve. The seal is applied by applying torque to the valve stem, and the valve stem is oriented in the axial direction. The valve disc applies pressure so that the disc sealing surface fits snugly against the seat sealing surface, preventing the medium from leaking along the gap between the sealing faces.
The sealing pair of the globe valve is composed of a valve sealing surface and a valve seat sealing surface, and the valve stem drives the valve flap to move vertically along the center line of the valve seat. During the opening and closing process of the globe valve, the opening height is small, the flow rate is easy to adjust, and the manufacturing and maintenance are convenient, and the pressure is applicable to a wide range.
Compared with another commonly used cut-off type valve in industrial production, the globe valve is structurally simpler than the former, and is easy to manufacture and repair. In terms of service life, the sealing surface of the globe valve is not easy to wear and scratch, and there is no relative sliding between the valve flap and the sealing surface during the valve opening and closing process, so the wear and scratch on the sealing surface are small, so the sealing is improved. The service life gate valve of the auxiliary service has a small valve stroke during the full-closed process, and its height is relatively small compared to the alarm valve.
